All orders of 2 or more pots are free shipping New Zealand nationwide.
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours during the working week. But please allow up to 10 days for delivery of honey products due to sourcing batches of honey and the quirks of the postal system.
If you are not happy with your product we will aim to replace it or refund your money.
Return the product in its original packaging to us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card with the cost of your purchase or send you an exchange item, whichever you prefer, based on the following conditions:
Damaged or defective product will be fully refunded.
Incorrect goods sent by us will be fully refunded if they have been returned in the same condition as they were received.
Goods received that were ordered in error, or in excess to your requirements need authorisation from Artisan Honey Collective Ltd before a refund can be approved.
Please contact us on our Contact page to let us know what the problem is, or include a note with the returned product.
You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can still return the goods for a full refund, if they have not been opened, as under the refund policy.
Customers credit card numbers will not be collected and stored by Artisan Honey Collective Ltd. This is handled by a 3rd party secure payment provider.
We will not spam your email, nor will we sell or give away your email details to any other person or organisation. Your details are safe with us.
We may use your email to notify you of new releases of honey or product. You may opt out of this at any time, by reply email, or on the Contact page.
Honey is a natural product. We filter it lightly. But it will contain natural substances such as pollen. This is not a defect but a natural part of the deliciousness of honey.
Does honey expire? No, honey does not spoil. However it may crystallise. Our honey is creamed, which controls this crystallisation process to a large extent. If you find your honey has larger crystals, heat it gently and the honey will return to liquid.
